You can check your email in two ways.
Online via webmail or through an email client like Microsoft Outlook.

Webmail

To access your email via the web, add the following extension to your website address.
/webmail
* example - www.360south.com.au/webmail

Username: your full email address
Password: your password

NOTE: We would recommend using Squirrel Mail as the easiest option.
Your deleted emails also add to your total mailbox allowance, clicking "purge" will empty the
trash folder.

Microsoft Outlook

Your emails are a POP3 account.

Username: your full email address
Password: your password

My incoming mail server is a: (POP3)
Incoming (POP3) mail sever: mail.yourwebsite.com.au (or .com, .co.uk, .org, etc.)
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: mail.yourwebsite.com.au (*example - mail.360south.com.au)

NOTE: In most cases you will need to use the Outgoing SMTP server of your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Please refer to your ISP for details.

Our 360 degree virtual tours use either the Java or QuickTime browser plugin. Both applications are safe to download and install.

If you already have Java and/or QuickTime installed, it's possible you may need to update the software.
