Viewing your website statistics with Google Analytics
1) go to: http://www.google.com/analytics/
2) Click on Access Analytics
3) Sign in with your specified Email and Password (provided to you by 360South)
4) Click on View Report to see your website statistics
Please note: Google Analytics provides its own help and resource links at the bottom of left side navigation.
You can access your emails via our webmail system.
To access your email via the web, add the following extension to your web site address.
/webmail
* example - www.your-website.com.au/webmail
Username: your full email address
Password: your password
NOTE: We would recommend using Squirrel Mail as the easiest option.
Your deleted emails also add to your total mailbox allowance, clicking "purge" will empty the
trash folder.

Outlook 2007
1. From the Tools menu, select Account Settings.
2. On the E-mail tab, click New.
3. Select Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP and click Next.
4. Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next.
5. Select Internet E-mail and click Next.
6. Enter the requested information:
Your Name: your name
Email Address: the account email address
Account Type: POP3
Incoming Mail server: mail.your-website-address.xyz
(example, 360South would use, mail.360south.com.au)
Outgoing Mail server: mail.your-website-address.xyz
User Name: your full email address
Password: your password
7. Click More Settings.
8. On the Outgoing Server tab, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
9. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server and click OK.
10. Click Test Account Settings to verify everything is configured correctly.
11. Click Next and then click Finish.

Outlook 2003
1. From the Tools menu, select Email Accounts.
2. Select Add a new email account and then click Next.
3. Select POP3 and then click Next.
4. Enter your email information:
Your Name: your name
Email Address: the account email address
Incoming Mail server (POP3): mail.your-website-address.xyz
(example, 360South would use, mail.360south.com.au)
Outgoing Mail server (SMTP): mail.your-website-address.xyz
User Name: your full email address
Password: your password
5. Click on More Settings and select the Outgoing Server Tab.
6. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
7. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
8. Click Ok. Click Next. Click Finish.

Outlook Express
1. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
2. A box will appear. Click Add and select Mail.
3. Enter your name as you want it to appear on your emails and click Next.
4. Put in your full email address, and then click Next.
5. Server type: POP3
6. For incoming and outgoing mail servers: mail.your-website-address.xyz
(example, 360South would use, mail.360south.com.au)
7. Click on Next.
8. Enter your full email address for the Account Name.
9.
Enter your password
Note: Do NOT check the box "Log on using Secure Password Authentication".
10. Click Next and then click Finish.
11. When the next screen appears, click on the Servers tab.
Under Outgoing Mail Server, check the box next to My server requires authentication.
Click Ok.
Set up emails in Entourage
1. Click on the Tools menu and then click on Accounts.
2. Click the New button in the upper-left corner of the window.
Note: If the Account Setup Assistant appears, click Configure account manually.
3. Select POP3 for your server type.
4. You will now be in the Account Settings tab in the Edit Account window:
Account name: enter a descriptive name for this email account.
Name: enter your name.
E-mail address: enter your full e-mail address.
Account ID: enter your full e-mail address.
POP server: mail.your-website-address.xyz (example, 360South would use, mail.360south.com.au)
Password: enter your password.
SMTP server: enter mail.your-website-address.xyz
5. Click OK.
Setting up your email on an iPhone4
1. Select Settings to begin.

Next, tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Select Add Account then choose Other from the bottom of the options list.

Select Add Mail Account.
5. Enter your account settings:
Name: Your name
Address: Your full email address
Password: Your password
Description:
Enter a descriptive name for this email account
Click Next.
IMAP or POP: Important!... Select IMAP
(IMAP allows you to read your emails directly from the server and later download them to your computer. If you select POP your emails will download to your phone and be removed from the server)
Incoming Mail Server:
Host Name: mail.your-website-address.xyz (example, 360South would use, mail.360south.com.au)
User Name: Your full email address
Password: Your password
Outgoing Mail Server: (SMTP)
Host Name: mail.your-website-address.xyz (example, 360South would use, mail.360south.com.au)
User Name: Your full email address
Password: Your password
Click Next.
Please pay attention to the following:
Your iPhone will try to verify the server identity and you'll probably get an error message saying "Cannot Verify Server Identity", just click continue and it will try to verify again.
Your iPhone is trying to set up your email with SSL security so you'll get another message saying "Cannot connect using SSL. Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?". Select YES.
Your iPhone will go through the verification process again, it may take a minute or two.
When complete, choose Save.
