We are seeking a full-time senior PHP web developer with great experience to work in our Southbank studio on customised web solutions. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative, multimedia studio environment, collaborating with a team of creatives and project managers to deliver stand-out client experiences.
Required skills & experience:
• Experience in front and back end web development, including CMS and ecommerce solutions (knowledge of Joomla, WordPress, OpenCart, and Magento is a big advantage)
• 5 years+ experience in PHP development, ideally in an agency/studio environment
• PHP/MySQL/J-avaScript/CSS3/HTML5/jQuery competency across CMS/Web based projects
• Strong understanding of responsive website development other current development trends
• Self-motivated, “can do” attitude
• Thorough attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and prioritise tasks for each
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with design team and project manager to create custom websites
• Thorough testing and troubleshooting of web applications
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in front & back end web development
