The ACP Talk website provides informational support for health professionals conducting advance care planning with people from different religious and cultural backgrounds, which is the first of its kind. The website is open access and may be utilized by members of the general public and health professionals to do research and educate themselves when planning an ACP discussion with someone of a certain religious or cultural background.

The brief given by Cabrini Health was to create an advance care planning website based on religious and cultural factors, it was necessary for the new logo and website to encompass a soothing and welcoming ambiance to ease the delicate subject matter. With this in mind 360South created a wonderful website to a tight deadline, encompassing easy navigational tools, clean layouts and modern iconography.
